PowerForward
I was the UX Designer for PowerForward, an interactive online-leadership course devised around the teaching methods of Mike “Coach K” Krzyzewski. I redesigned the product when the business shifted focus from B2B to B2C.
The B2C course consisted of five lessons, each centered around an established business leader and a leadership principle.
Each lesson set the stage with an overarching challenge, told in the leader’s own words. Essentially, the user had front-row seats to an interactive case study.
The course was less about getting each answer “right.” Instead, it was about engaging users to think critically and explain what they would do.
Following each video, it’d be up to the user to choose what the leader did, and why, in order to put themselves in the video mindset.
The user would then learn firsthand how the leader made each decision. The course was less about getting each answer “right.”
Instead, it was about engaging users to think critically and explain what they would do.
Behind the Scenes
I included detailed annotations so that the handoff of deliverables would be smooth.
