What is Litify?
Litify is the legal management platform built solely on Salesforce. With it, law firms can manage a case from the initial intake call to final verdict or settlement.
On their Matters* homepage, legal staff can jump to the specific Matter (case) needing urgent attention. There they can log, update and access important data on a case by navigating different tabs.
*This is all standard Litify behavior. Going forward, all things document-related are my designs.
My Impact
Before I was hired, Litify used SpringCM to provide document support. After I joined, we created Docrio to replace that contract, save money, and gain parity in the legal management space.

Document Management
On each case, Docrio serves as the document management system central location for users to store their files. On the Docrio tab, staff can navigate the entire file structure, look at previews, download, edit, and myriad other file-related actions.
